Build power plant for zero dollars.
Get or a generator from an abandoned car.
Take the belt wheel off.
Make your propeller frame from aluminum
and cut the blades from empty oilcan or bucket.
It is good if the blades
are elastic in stormy weather.
Fasten the frame into the axis of the charger.
Make the tail frame from scrap metal
and the screw a piece of plastic as the tail.
You can use ca 30 degrees attack
angles for your blades.
Cut slices off a plastic bucket so that it fits as housing for your charger and drop the bucket down over the charger. Make some holes and tie it down.
Fasten your charger onto about 4 feet water pipe ( diam ca 1 1/2 Tums).
Find long 2 Tums water pipe and thread the smaller into it so that your wind-mill can be hoisted on top of that pipe.
Attach electric wires to your batteries that can be old car batteries from junk yards and wait for the wind.
It is recommended that you use over-charge stopper - a little box somewhere between the generator and the battery in your car.
If there is not enough wind then you can fasten another generator in your bicycle back wheel axis, put your bicycle on bocks and pedal energy to your batteries during your work outs.
